This Statement of Privacy applies to Arrival, www.ArrivalConfirmed.com, and Utilizer, LLC (collectively “Arrival”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Utilizer, LLC include www.ArrivalConfirmed.com and Arrival. The Arrival website is a landing page for the Arrival phone application both on the IOS and Android operating system site. By using the Arrival App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Arrival may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
If you purchase Arrival's products and services, we collect billing and transactional information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Application. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Arrival may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Arrival, in order to determine what Arrival services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Arrival to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. You may set your mobile device to refuse all or some Cookies. If you disable or refuse Cookies, please note that some parts of our App may not function properly or may no longer be accessible.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Arrival.
